I've heard this from many different angles and from many different people: ITSM alone won't keep you employed. You must learn an additional trade. Business Relationship Management (BRM), Experience Management, Artificial Intelligence... you need something else to maintain a competitive edge.
And really, your business and team need you to be pulling this weight.
