I was hoping this day would come.  I wrote a blog post about it somewhere.  Finally, an ITSM tool to doesn’t cost a mint to implement and own, and is so simple to configure and customize that my 8 year old could do it.  AND DID, just to prove it (she made a Christmas gift list app with it).
